Who knew that Jesus would come and give His life for ours? The Old Testament prophets knew; they said it would happen. The New Testament religious leaders knew, but they chose to exalt themselves instead of Christ. Who knew at that time that Jesus would die on the cross and then be raised from the dead so He could be alive evermore? The disciples who followed Him knew; Jesus had foretold them what would happen. Who knows today that Jesus is the Savior? Those who hear the message of salvation, give their hearts to Jesus, and accept the gift of His Spirit know. And how can we know Jesus is coming back soon to take us Home? We read our Bibles to know Jesus personally, and we put our faith in Him, our Lord, Savior, and King.
