Today is the first day of October! The leaves on the trees are turning into a magnificent display of color and design as we enter another season on our physical calendars. But it’s not a new season with the Lord. Jesus is the same today as He was yesterday and as He will be tomorrow. His plans for our future remain unchanged, positive, and sure. But the autumn colors are a blessing, filling our hearts with joy and reminding us that Jesus is still in control, loves us, and is with us now and forever. God’s majesty is always seen in His creation, but the autumn colors make our hearts overflow with wonder, gratitude, and hope, and we want to sing praises to our Lord!
