About Me

About Ronnie Dauber:

My husband and I live in Ontario, Canada with our seven children and 17 grandchildren. We are believers and followers of Christ Jesus, and our incentive and purpose in life is to tell people about Jesus and make sure they have received His salvation.  Our message to the world is this: God sent His Son to die on the cross and take all of our sins upon Himself and suffer the punishment for them so that we could be redeemed back to God, our Father.  Now, Jesus is getting ready to call all believers Home and I want to do all that I can do to help others be ready! It’s my prayer that the inspirational messages in this blog will encourage readers to see the goodness of God in the land of the living.

Personal Life:

I was a stay-home mom until my youngest child was in high school and then I returned to college, graduated with several diplomas and then pursued a legal career in the courthouse. Unfortunately, that career lasted for only seven years because injuries to my back and legs from a car accident ended it.  Knowing that I would never be able to do physical work again, I took several college courses and then engaged in a career as a writer and author. My intention was to write books for teens and adults that were exciting, but that did not contain any profanity, sexual content or insolence. After I’d written and published three books, including one adult suspense/thriller, I was on my way to becoming the author I’d always dreamed of becoming.

However,  the direction of that career changed sooner than planned when I was diagnosed with terminal cancer in July of 2011 and given only a few months to live. Being a woman of faith, I knew that I had to dig deep into the Word and get to know in person, the Jesus of the Bible. Through my studies I developed a personal relationship with Jesus, and it continues today. He fought the battle for me; it was long and not kind, but through Him, I beat cancer! All praise to God!

During that battle, I studied the Bible diligently and kept notes and messages that I received from the Lord through His Word. When I was healed, I formatted those messages into a book called, Let Faith Arise. My hope is that people will read this book and be encouraged to really learn about Jesus so they can know Him—not so they can get things from Him, but so they can truly know that He is the Son of God who loves them, and that’s He’s returning soon. I want people to learn what faith is, why we need it and how to use it so they can live the way God wants them to live and be ready for when He returns.

I surround myself continually with worship music because it brings me into the presence of God and gives me peace. Reading the Bible and praying are part of my daily routine, and being a watchman (woman) on the wall has become my mission.

I’m the author of the young adult adventure series called, Sarah Davies, that has four books published to date; they include Mudslide, Firestorm, Whiteout, and Raging Waters. These outdoor adventures are fast-paced and action-packed, yet void of profanity, insolence and sexual content, and are directed towards teens and young adults. I’ve also written one adult thriller, Web Secrets, which again, is packed with suspense and adventure, but free of profanity, insolence and sexual content.

My writing direction has shifted to inspirational books, and to date, I have 15 published. These include a series for youth and teens called The Crown Series, which is a collection of six stories on Bible heroes, based on facts with some imagination added to make them fun and easy to read. My other books include: One Glorious Night and The Rising Son, a set of books that depict the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus as told by those who knew Him. The other books include: Let Faith Arise, No Compromise, The Boy Who Would be King, God’s Calling—it’s for You, ABC’s for Believers, Jesus Saves, and MY God is Awesome. I’m currently working on my latest book, REJOICE—and Again I say, Rejoice! that I hope to have released in the summer of 2020.

I’ve written over 2000 online articles in the last 12 years for various sites, as well as short stories of which my most recent publication is in the April, 2020 edition of Chicken Soup for the Soul, laughter is the best medicine.  I currently write short stories for a monthly literacy magazine called Swriters.

Besides being the copy editor on several books for various authors, I’ve also been the ghost writer for two books and co-author of seven other book publications.

I hold college diplomas in Business & Administration, Common Law, and Children’s and Adult Literature, and have earned a legal certificate as a Canadian Court Reporter. Today, I’m doing what I’ve enjoyed doing since my first public writing award when I was 12 years old, and that is…to write.

“SMILE, God loves you!”
