Grace is the gift of life that Jesus died to give us. It comes when we realize we are sinners and accept Jesus as our Savior! God is Holy, and no sin can exist in His presence. But through God’s grace, our sins have been forgiven and erased from our record, giving us the privilege of praying to Him, knowing He hears and answers us, and of reading His Word and having His Spirit teach us its Truth. Because of grace, we have the promise of eternity in Heaven, and the hope that Jesus is coming soon to get us. God covers us with His grace, sparing us from what we really deserve, while pouring out His mercies for blessings we don’t deserve. Grace is God’s gift to us because He loves us.
