God is the creator of all life. In the beginning, it was a perfect world, but Adam and Eve sinned against God, bringing condemnation upon the entire human race and giving Satan a way to destroy us. As the world drifts from God, many are convinced that they have the right to determine the value of life, who lives and who dies—but ONLY God has that authority! Psalm 127:3-5 says that children are a heritage from the Lord, and that the fruit of the womb is a reward. Children, born or unborn, belong to God and are precious to Him. Jeremiah 1:5 says that God knows us before we’re even born, even as He’s forming us in the womb. As Christians, we choose life; we love the Lord, cherish His Word and submit to Him, and rejoice in our salvation!
