Modern-day Christians compromise Truth. They want the reward of Heaven while twisting God’s Word to blend with their worldly lifestyle. But we can’t claim to be Christians and support the world’s ways. We must repent of our sins, accept Jesus as our Savior, read our Bibles to know God and His will, and then follow Jesus—not the world. We take on Christ’s attributes, loving what He loves and exposing sin. We tell the lost about God’s love for them and how their sin will keep them from His love, so they can repent and receive Jesus as their Savior. And we do it for His glory, not our own. We never compromise God’s Word; we humbly commit to what 1 Corinthians 6:9 says: that only the righteous, those who follow Jesus, will inherit the Kingdom of God.
