Confusion overwhelms Christians when they try to take advantage of both the world’s ways and God’s way. The world is forever changing its rules and values, and many churches go along with it so everyone can be happy. But as Christians, we shouldn’t need to choose which one to follow. Jesus is our Lord, and we must follow Him by reading His Word—which NEVER changes! We don’t bring God down to suit our selfish desires; we submit to Him so we can do HIS will and follow Him. We change, not His Word. The world will continue to bring confusion as it rebels against God, but God’s Word will NEVER change! It will stand forever because God does not change, and we can trust Him to teach us the same Truth despite the world around us!
