Have you ever wondered why, if Jesus really is the Son of God, He would give up His Heavenly throne to become a baby, born in a barn, of all places? God loves people, but we’re separated from Him because of sin. Jesus came to die on the cross as punishment for our sins so we’d be forgiven—AND He rose from the grave to give us eternal life. We celebrate Christmas and thank God for keeping His promise to send Jesus, our Savior and King, and we sing those glorious carols as we celebrate the life He’s given us!
