We can’t control most of what happens in this world, including severe weather storms. When we see the storm warnings, some of us panic, but as Christians, we can’t let fear take over our senses. We need to use wisdom and prepare ourselves for the storm, but we also have to put our faith and trust in God to protect us. We have to look beyond the storm and see Jesus, just as His disciples saw Him during a storm at sea. When we focus on Jesus and praise Him, we’ll know that He is greater than the storm because He’ll fill us with His peace while He keeps us safe.
