Being a Christian is more than saying the sinner’s prayer and attending church on Sundays. It’s knowing that Jesus is the Son of God who left His throne in Heaven to come to earth for one reason, and that was to become a man and die a torturous death on the cross to save you and me! He rescued us from the clutches of Satan and restored us back to our Heavenly Father. When we realize the love God has for us and study the Bible to know Him, songs of praise and worship just flow from our lips as we rejoice in our Lord for what He’s done, for all He’s doing now, AND for what He has prepared for us in eternity.
