It’s frustrating when we try to encourage new or unlearned Christians who are set to follow their chosen doctrine and not willing to hear the truth. They interpret Scripture their way and insist on arguing to defend their view. But as mature Christians, God wants us to be at peace with each other and not turn them away from Christianity altogether by arguing. We have to walk away, give them to God in prayer, and ask Him to send other laborers to whom they might listen. The Scriptures are God’s Word to us, and whether people want to believe it or not, they are NOT NEGOTIABLE!
