One of the most wonderful blessings of becoming a Christian is that we also become children of God. This means that we have a Father in Heaven who loves us and wants to take care of us, and who wants to be involved in every aspect of our lives. The more we study the Bible, the more we know God and His will and the easier it is to live according to His will. But life has a way of throwing things at us that we can’t handle and so we are able to come to our Father and ask for His help. Many people pray when they face a crisis in their lives but they don’t know God and are disheartened when they don’t get the answers they want. But as His children, we can come to Him any time and know that He hears and answers our prayers. There is nothing too big or too small for our Father, and nothing that His love can’t overcome. We need to learn that God wants us to come to Him for anything and everything because He is our Father who loves us.
