Modern Christianity suggests several ways to get to Heaven, but there is only ONE way: through the cross. Good works won’t get us there—Ephesians 2:8-9 confirms this. Money won’t get us there—Acts 8:18-20 shows Peter rebuking a man who thought he could buy his way to Heaven. Ignorance won’t get us there—Romans 1:20 says that God’s glory is visible in nature around us. Assumption won’t get us there—Joshua 24:15 says we must choose who we will serve. There’s only one way to get into Heaven—accept Jesus as the Son of God who came to earth, died on the cross for our sins, and rose from the grave to give us eternal life. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, He pardons our sins, fills us with His Spirit, and makes us citizens of Heaven, where God our Father is waiting for us!
