Actions often speak louder than words and testify to who we really are. When we claim to be Christians, our lifestyle, actions, and words make that clear. Jesus wants us to encourage each other in the Truth and share His gospel with the lost, but our words will only be effective if we live what we preach. Hypocrisy destroys God’s message; Truth goes forth in power. People will be more willing to hear about Jesus when we “practice what we preach” because then Jesus shines through us, and He blesses our words and actions, so they encourage others and glorify our Father in Heaven.
