The Lord does not get the glory He deserves. He created people in perfection, but they chose to turn from Him to follow Satan, and the human race continues today to rebel against God. Most don’t realize that God is Holy and could have just left us to die in our sins. But He also loves us, and so He became a man, died on the cross, and took the punishment for our sins so we could be free and redeemed to Him. Jesus made a way for everyone, and when we accept His salvation, the devil no longer lords over us—Jesus is our Lord! He watches over us, cares for us, supplies our needs, leads us, blesses us, heals us, and is a friend forever. God is forever faithful and has made a way for us to escape His soon-coming wrath against sin. So, we will sing of His mercies forever because there’s no one like our God!
