Sometimes, the pressures of this world overwhelm us. We search the world for answers; nothing changes. Then we remember Jesus—the One we should have talked to first. We cry out to Him, and then put on worship music that praises God, exalts His love, mercy, and goodness, and reminds us of His power and sovereignty. We begin to praise Him with a humble heart, and we are reminded that God is Holy, Mighty, powerful, and faithful. We see Jesus lifted high and exalted, and the pressure falls away as He fills us with hope. The problem is still there, but now we know we’re not handling it alone. Jesus has it, and we can rest in His peace with a grateful heart as we praise Him for the answer!
