Blessed means happy. We are happy when we know and follow Jesus. We still live in this evil world and must endure its chaos, yet we rejoice in our salvation! We know God is greater than the god of this world, that He hears and answers our prayers, supplies all of our needs, and heals us, and we know Jesus watches over and cares for us, making a way where there is no way. He’s a faithful friend who never leaves us, who’s prepared a Home for us in Heaven and is coming soon to take us there. As we seek God daily with all our hearts, we are happy and full of joy despite the world around us.
