Many people become “Christian” for the wrong reasons. False teachers preach deceiving doctrines, promising wealth to all those who are saved. But Jesus didn’t come from Heaven to die on the cross and make us rich in this dark, evil world; He came to deliver us out of it! He took our sins upon Himself so we could be free, and He rose from the grave to give us eternal life with Him. We become “Christian” when we accept Christ’s salvation that frees us from sin and fills us with His Spirit. We no longer belong to this world; we belong to God, and we seek His Kingdom, not this world’s. We look forward to eternity with Jesus, where He has prepared good things for us who love Him.
