The Cost of Christianity can be more than we anticipated. When we realized that we were sinners doomed for judgment, and that Jesus was the ONLY answer, we gave Him our sins and accepted Him as our Savior. We saw a beautiful, eternal future, and for now, life is worth living because He’ll lead us through it! But we didn’t foresee being mocked or persecuted for choosing Jesus over this evil world. Our morals, words, actions, and physical appearance change from worldly to Godly, and people can’t explain it, so they make fun of us, call us names, and try to trip us. But the last laugh is on them because Jesus IS real and the ONLY way to Heaven! And we rejoice and are glad because He’s watching over us and waiting for us to join Him there.
