God tells us to be Holy. But how do we do that since He’s completely pure and Holy and without sin (Isaiah 6:3) and we’re sinners living in an imperfect world (Romans 3:23)? God made us in His image, and when we accept Jesus as our Savior, our sins are forgiven and He fills us with His Spirit, but we’re not perfect; the world’s characteristics and ways are still in us. So, we study the Bible to know Him and adapt His ways and thoughts. We cherish His laws, honor His ways, and rebuke all sin, revealing His character in us through our thoughts, words, and actions, and showing others we love and serve the Lord!
