Many people credit Mother Nature for what God created. The reference stems from Greek mythology: Mother Gaia was made the primordial goddess of the Earth, worshiped for fertility and beauty. The people turned from God to worship and sacrifice to false gods, and when we refer to God’s creation as Mother Nature, we also praise the devil and mock the Lord. God created nature for us, and in it we see His love, beauty, and authority over everything. Nature belongs to our Lord, and He alone should get the praise for His glorious creation.
