I can’t do this life on my own strength. This evil world is deceiving, controlling, and overpowering, and I’m no match for its wiles. But because I know Jesus as my Lord and Savior, I have the victory. Jesus defeated the devil, the source of all evil, on the cross when He took on our sins, died and went to hell with them, and then rose from the grave to return to Heaven and give eternal life to all those who accept His sacrifice. On my own, I’m at the mercy of our enemy, and I will be defeated, but with Jesus, I can do anything and overcome everything. I see the good in today because God is my strength and power, and HE makes my way perfect. Praise the Lord!
