Doing the right thing in this evil world can be a challenge because people are easily swayed into doing things its way. But when we are committed to the Lord and focus on Him, we study the Bible to get His Word into our hearts and minds. Then, when situations arise, God’s Spirit keeps us in check and brings to mind the Scriptures that apply so we’ll automatically obey Him and not be deceived or make bad choices. We’ll be happy and at peace because God’s law is within our hearts, and it’s our delight to do His will.
