It’s not easy to forgive someone who we feel judged, condemned, or worst of all, betrayed us. But this is what we must do if we love the Lord. Jesus was betrayed and killed instead of being received as King, yet He forgives everyone who comes to Him and repents, and fills them with the gift of life. When people hurt us, we must remember that we were once in need of forgiveness and that Jesus didn’t hold us to our sins, but forgave us. This Christmas season, let’s show God’s love and forgiveness to those who have hurt us so that He is glorified and we are filled with His peace!
