It’s hard to rejoice in the Lord when going through rough times. So, we must discipline ourselves to read our Bibles and be reminded that God is not our problem; He is our only hope for the answer. It’s the devil who wants to kill and destroy us, and when we cry to God and speak the Scriptures, the devil flees. We should never blame God or turn from Him in times of trouble, but instead, draw close to Him with praise and thanksgiving for His love and care. When our hope and faith are in Him, God will bring us through it all with victory.
