Modern Christianity has expanded its rights and freedoms, but more is not always better. God does not change, and neither do His laws, warnings, or promises. What He said in Scripture still stands today—no exceptions! Modern Christians want to blend with the world while still holding on to God’s promises of the good life, and of course, Heaven. But we can’t serve two masters; it’s this world or it’s God. We are Christ’s witnesses, and we must study our Bibles to know Him and His Truth so we can testify of His love, mercy, and justice. We don’t blend in with the world’s way to be accepted by its people; we show them the Truth so they can know Jesus and be accepted by God.
