The Sting of Unforgiveness

Betrayal hurts, and anger and hatred grow when emotions take control. When Jesus died on that cross for our sins, HE FORGAVE US and continues to forgive us even though we don’t deserve it. The person who hurt us might not care and may do it again, but we forgive them anyway because we can’t come to God in love when the sting of unforgiveness separates us from Him. We must love others as Jesus loves us so we can worship Him with a pure heart.
