We pray because we know God can meet our needs. But sometimes, what we get is very different from what we told God we wanted; sometimes, we don’t get anything. The problem is with us, not with God. We go by what we see, what WE deem suitable, and what our emotions dictate, so we look for the answer WE think God should give us. But God sees the big picture—HIS picture for our lives! We have to trust Him and accept that He is our Father, who sees and knows everything, who has our lives in HIS hands, who knows what’s best for us, AND who only gives good gifts to His children!
