Many so-called Christians are known for their own doctrines, attitudes, and lifestyles and for doing things for their own glory. But Galatians 5:22-23 says that (real) Christians are known by their fruits—the characteristics of the Spirit who dwells in us: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These characteristics make us who we are in Christ. We share the gospel with those who will listen, help those in need, and support those in the front line because WE are God’s children, and everything we do is to HIS glory!
