When Jesus told His disciples that He would soon leave them and return to Heaven, it was to prepare a place for them. But then He promised that He would come back to get them so they could be with Him forever! Jesus assured them that He was the truth, and the life, and the ONLY way that they could get into Heaven to be with God, the Father. He gave this promise, not only to His disciples but to everyone who would accept Him as their Lord and Savior. Jesus IS going to return to take us to be with Him forever. Let’s keep sharing the gospel and looking up because the prophecies of His return have been fulfilled, and Jesus IS coming soon! What a promise!
