As this world becomes more blatant in its rebellion against God, Christians need to study the Scriptures and follow Jesus so we can walk in the knowledge of God and be a testimony of His truth. We’ll stand out like a sore thumb and be persecuted and mocked for following Jesus instead of giving in to the ways of the world, but we stand for His truth anyway. We don’t accept the changes in God’s laws, and we don’t give in to them for convenience’s sake. We can’t accept or participate in anything contrary to God’s Word because then, we’re no better than the world. We are Christians, and we walk in the law of the Lord because we love the Lord.
