It’s been said that we should do all we can do first and then when all fails, ask God, but what a waste of time, effort, and faith that is! We need to realize that God is our Father and that He wants to help us because He knows that we cannot fight this world’s enemy on our own merits. Jesus is Lord over our lives here and He wants us to stay on the path that leads us Home. He told us to take everything to Him in prayer and then trust Him to lead us through our challenges, and Apostle Paul reaffirmed that when he told us to take everything to God in prayer and give Him thanks for hearing and answering our prayers. God is faithful to His promises, so let’s submit everything to Him and allow Him to direct our path!
