As believers, we want to be near God at all times but occasionally, we feel as if God is far away from us. The truth is that God never leaves us; He is always with us but WE don’t feel His presence because our hearts and minds are filled with things of this world. If we want to experience God’s presence, if we want to be sure that God is with us and never leaves us, then we need to get into the Scriptures and study them so that we are flooded with His truth, and we need to spend time in prayer and worship so that we can maintain a good relationship with Him. Then we’ll become submissive to HIS leading and know that He is always by our side.
