Often, when facing overwhelming challenges, many give in and give up. But as Christians, that’s not an option. Our faith in the Lord must be more than mere words; we must act on it. Jesus is our Lord, our Shepherd, and we are the sheep of His pasture. He works out all our problems, counsels us, leads us, protects us, supplies all of our needs, heals us, and sticks with us because He’s also our Friend. We don’t go to the world first—we go to God in prayer, give Him our burdens, and then wait on Him for the answer with praise and thanksgiving. Our problems may overwhelm us, but nothing is impossible to God. If we believe in Jesus, then we must commit to Him, put our faith in Him, and, in obedience, wait on Him for the answer because He is faithful!
