Not everyone can trust God! We can go to church and even read books to learn “about” God, but unless we commit our lives to Jesus and determine to follow Him, we are merely wannabe Christians. Once we accept Jesus as our Savior, we must study the Bible to know Him and spend time in prayer and worship to develop a relationship with Him. If we don’t, the person of Jesus will remain an impersonal character in the Bible. But when we study the Bible to know Him and commit to following Him, Jesus becomes alive in us! We realize that He is our Lord, Counselor, Healer, and Friend; our God whom we can trust with all of our hearts.
