Many think that when we do something wrong, Jesus leaves us alone. But this is not true. If we’ve given our hearts to Jesus and He’s cleansed us from all our sins and filled us with His Spirit, then He is with us for life! When we disobey Him or ignore His Word—and we’re all guilty—He won’t be happy with us, He may even be angry or disappointed in our actions, but He does NOT leave. And when we sincerely apologize, He forgives us and forgets it. Jesus is the epitome of grace and mercy. He has redeemed us from this world with His own blood because His love for us is unconditional AND eternal, and He will never leave us.
