Patience, Persistence, and Prayer

Sometimes, family or friends need help. They don’t know the Lord, but we love them and do what we can for them. They accept our help with open arms, but don’t want to change to improve their situation, and we feel as if we’re wasting our time with them. But doing good in the name of the Lord is never a waste; every action given, every word spoken, and every prayer cried out weakens the chain Satan has on them. Sometimes, it takes a lot of patience, persistence, and abundant prayer to break the chain so they can see the Truth and accept Jesus as their Savior. It may take a lifetime, but we shall reap what we sow if we commit them to Jesus and don’t give up!
