We cannot be Christian and love the ways of this world. We love the people in it and commit to Jesus to share His gospel with as many as we can, but we do not accept the world’s ways or laws above God’s. This has nothing to do with appreciating the nature that God created for us, but with accepting changes in God’s laws that honor the gods of this world. We have one God, our Lord Jesus Christ, and we study the Bible to know, love, follow, and obey Him. When His love is in us, our hope is in Him to watch over and care for us each day until He takes us Home!
