When we’re using something we need clarification on, we go to the manual and read the instructions. It’s the same concept for Christians: when we’re in doubt about things that are going on, changes in the laws, and moral issues, we go to the Bible to know what God has said. Jesus is the same now as when He inspired His Word—and He has NOT changed! And when we are committed to following Him, there is no doubt about what we should believe or do because His Word is in us, and it’s the final word!
