It’s hard to thank God for our few things when our eyes are on those who have more. But when we focus on what Jesus did for us on the cross and what He has in store for us through eternity instead of on material things, we won’t be able to stop praising Him. We need to take our cue from those in other countries who have suffered horrific climatic and political tragedies yet, despite their hardship, rejoice in the Lord anyway. And if those with nothing can praise God from their hearts, so can we!
