It’s no secret that we live in a very dark world. Everything Jesus warned us about in Matthew 24 is coming to pass right before our eyes—sin and corruption are spreading, lawlessness is becoming the norm, and people are living in fear and hopelessness. Yet, God told us throughout the Old Testament that Jesus, our Messiah, would come into the world and be the Light in the darkness to those who would receive Him as their Lord and Savior. We celebrate Christmas because the Light has come, and we are free!
