It’s hard to imagine why Moses would be called a humble man. He was heir to Pharaoh’s throne, a well-learned man of wisdom and power, and an honored soldier. However, when God called him, Moses put all of his earthly training and status aside to follow the Lord and never challenged His authority. As Christians, we need to follow his example. The Lord may want us to use our talents and skills—or not, but regardless, God will be our strength and might and raise us up when, like Moses, we humbly submit our all to God and trust Him!
