Temptations

It’s hard to ignore the desire for newer, bigger, and better things when the advertising world says we need them. So we submit to the scheme and become material-minded and get angry when we can’t get them, But as Christians, our focus should be on God, not material wealth. The closer to Jesus we get through reading the Bible, the more we see these temptations as lies. God has promised to give us EVERYTHING we need, and if we don’t get what WE think we need, it’s because God has something else in mind.
