It’s hard to be humble before God in prayer when we live in a world that demands “instant” everything and forces us to stand up for our rights. We forget that He is God, our Father and that we are His children, and sometimes we take on the world’s attitude and don’t reverence His authority. God loves us! He hears and answers our prayers! We have to learn to trust Him and not challenge His faithfulness or get impatient or arrogant when we don’t get what we want, when we want it. Our lives will be more productive, and we will live in peace when we humble ourselves before God and trust Him!
