It’s hard to imagine just how great God’s love is for us. He actually left His throne in Heaven to come to earth and live in a human body, and then ultimately died on the cross in our place to pay the punishment for our sins! It’s even harder to imagine that He rose from the dead and is alive in Heaven! When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we become righteous through His shed blood—citizens of Heaven! One day very soon, Jesus will pour His wrath upon this earth and destroy all sin, but first, He’ll call all believers to come to Him, and we’ll be with Him forever. It’s hard to imagine, but God loves you and me that much!
