The greatest accomplishment for any of us is to overcome sin so we can go to Heaven when we leave this earth, but we can never do this on our own merits, no matter how good we try to be. However, there is a way, and that is to realize that we are a sinner in need of a Savior and that Jesus, the Son of God, IS that Savior who came to earth to take our sins away. When we make Jesus Lord over our life, we are an overcomer, and we will be with Him and eat from the tree of life forever!
