There are many views today on Christian beliefs that are supported by the assumption that God accepts them all. But it’s wrong to compromise the truth just because it’s easier than giving up the things of this world that we enjoy. We can’t serve two masters and expect to make it to Heaven because whoever we serve now on earth is the one we’ll serve throughout eternity; either the god of this world or Jesus, the God of Heaven. As believers, we need to pray for the lost, share the gospel with them, and encourage them to read the Bible so they, too, will follow Jesus—and we can only do that when we live for God and serve Him on the path that leads us Home.
