This is a new day and I choose to be glad in it and praise God for it. I woke up this morning, and in my own home where God has blessed me with the desires of my heart. It’s not a mansion but I have windows that reveal the glory of God through His colorful miracle of autumn. I have food to eat, clothes to wear, and worship music playing in the background that inspires me to praise God! I have His promise in my heart that He’s coming soon to take me and all believers Home and that while I’m here, He will never leave me. Today, I can be a light for Jesus, pray for others, help those who I can, and trust God to take care of the issues that want to burden me down. God is good and He is still in control, and because I know He loves me, I have His peace. Today is a good day and I’m thankful for it.
