As believers, our comfort, peace, and joy come from knowing that God loves us and takes care of us. We rejoice because His Spirit lives in us and when we seek God’s ways, He will lead and guide us in all things. When we study the Scriptures and get God’s words deep into our hearts, our candle stays lit with the oil, and we will be able to discern good from evil and live how God has called us to live. We can be His witness on this earth and share the truth with others. Then, they will see this light shine from us and want to come out of the darkness because we have shown them Jesus who is on the path of life waiting to embrace them. God is good.
