There is nothing more precious to us than our children. We love them, bless them, protect them, and teach them to follow God. And as children, they love us, trust us, depend on us, and receive our instruction. This is the same bonding relationship that we should all have with God because He is our Heavenly Father. He created us, formed us in the womb, and breathed life into our bodies. When we were separated from Him because of sin, God came to earth as a man and died on the cross and took our sins away so we could be redeemed back to Him. There is no parent on earth who loves us more or who can watch over us better than our Heavenly Father.
